Let’s get money-smart. Together.

Practical financial skills for parents and kids, so confidence grows at every stage.

Parenting is (really) hard.

You’re figuring things out in real time and just hoping you’re getting it right.

You want your kids to grow up to be kind, responsible, and capable. And, thankfully, there are a lot of resources out there to help with that.

Somewhere in there, you probably want them to build some financial confidence, too. When it comes to teaching money skills, though, things can feel less clear.

You might wonder:

  • Am I doing the right things with my own money?

  • What financial skills should I be teaching my kids?

  • Do I even know enough to do that?

You’re not expected to have all the answers.

You’re allowed to still be learning.

(I know I am.)

Hi, I’m Alaina!

I’m a parent, too.

I had to build my own money skills in order to manage my family’s finances, and I noticed that a lot of other parents were trying to figure things out, too.

I created Let’s Make it Grow to help.

This isn’t about being “good with money.” It’s about learning and growing so we can manage our finances more clearly and give our kids a strong financial starting point.

Financial literacy isn’t something you have or don’t have.

It grows with practice,
curiosity, and conversation.

When you learn alongside your kids, money becomes
less intimidating and more approachable
for everyone.
